From 3/15/2025 to 6/15/2025 for every $50 in GPO receipts, customers will receive an entry for a chance to win one roundtrip ticket from Guam to Japan courtesy of Japan Airlines. 

 

OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS CONTEST DATES: March 15 – June 14, 2025

WHO MAY ENTER: The giveaway is open to Guam residents ages 18 and older. Employees of GPO and its respective agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to win. (Immediate family shall be defined as spouse and children living in the same household. Additionally, all others including mother, father, siblings, and in-laws living under the same roof as the GPO store employees and managers, and its advertising agencies shall be deemed ineligible.) Any submissions made under false pretenses will automatically be disqualified.

PRIZES: Two (2) individual winners will be awarded one (1) economy class, round trip ticket to Tokyo, Japan from Japan Airlines. One winner will be selected per drawing drawing date. A single winner is not eligible to receive both airline ticket prizes. Special conditions apply: Resale or transfer of this certificate is prohibited. Ticket is not transferable, endorsable, refundable, or re-routable, once issued. Not applicable / combinable with another promotional fare. Two (2) weeks advance reservations required. Seventy-two (72) hours advance ticketing required. Passenger assumes any expenses above the discount authorized by this certificate. Travel must be completed by March 31, 2026. Winners must choose dates with available flights and shall inquire accordingly with JAL representatives.

DRAWING DATES: One (1) winner will be chosen via random drawing on Saturday, April 19, 2025 and June 14, 2025, at 3 p.m. at the GPO Food Court. Location may be subject to change. Stay tuned to GPO’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.

HOW TO ENTER DRAWING: To be eligible to win, GPO customers can obtain entry forms at the GPO Information Booth. For every $50 in GPO receipts dated March 15, 2025 – June 14, 2025 verified by GPO designated staff, customers will receive (1) entry form. The date and store name must be legible on the receipts to receive an entry form. Credit card receipts must accompany the original GPO store receipt in instances where they are not on the same receipt. (Only the following stores may be combined to total $50 for one receipt: ABC Stores, Art Nouveau, Auntie Anne’s, Bestseller, Chatime, Cinnabon, Cold Stone Creamery, Dikiki Donuts, Haagen-Dazs, Memories of Guam, Natural, Pink House, Port of Mocha, Tech Savvy, the Food Court, Regal Cinemas, and Wendy’s.) Entry forms must be picked up no later than 2 p.m. from the Information Booth on the drawing dates. All entry forms must be dropped into the raffle bin no later than 2:30 p.m. on the drawing dates to be eligible for the Drawing. Valid receipts are for purchases made at any GPO retail establishments including food court restaurants, Regal Theaters, Dream Galaxy, and exterior restaurants to include Ajisen Ramen, Cold Stone Creamery, King’s, LongHorn Steakhouse, Ruby Tuesday, and Wendy’s. Receipts that are not from a GPO-affiliated store or restaurant, receipts that have been already submitted, duplicated, or counterfeit receipts will not be accepted. GPO reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate all or part of this program at its discretion without notice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Drawing for winners will be determined solely by GPO management and will be announced on its website and social media sites. GPO management reserves the right to reschedule the contest, modify the entry procedures, cancel the contest, or cancel the awarding of prizes. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners assume full responsibility for the prize. Any additional fees including federal and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. No purchase is necessary to win. Must be present to win – no proxies allowed.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY ENTRY: Customers are eligible to receive one (1) complimentary entry during the promotional period (March 15 – June 14, 2025) by visiting the GPO Information Booth.

RELEASES: By participating in this promotion, participants agree to GPO’s use of their personal information and likeness for both online and offline marketing purposes. Participants also agree to receive promotional offers from GPO Giveaway partners. Winners must agree to photo shoots, video shoots, and interviews as determined by the selection committee. Winning constitutes permission to use Winners’ names, images, village, likeness, prize won, and photographs (all at GPO’s discretion) for future advertising and/or publicity in any and all media without additional compensation, notification, or permission.
