ENTRY

  • “No Mask, No Entry” If a customer does not have a mask, they can purchase one from our staff at the entrances for $1. Face Shields are also acceptable.
  • Entrance 1 (facing Ruby Tuesday) and Entrance 3 (beside Ross Dress for Less) will be the designated entrances for the main mall area. The other 2 entrances will be manned by security as the designated emergency exits.
  • Security staff will check the temperature of all incoming customers at the designated entrances. IF a customer exhibits a temperature reading of 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, they will be asked to seek medical attention and will be denied entry into GPO.
  • Customers will then be asked to sanitize their hands at the designated hand sanitizing station by the entrance after passing the temperature checks.

SALES FLOOR AREA

  • Directional signs will be in place so show the flow of traffic. Customers will have to follow the signs to avoid cross contamination with others.
  • Benches will be used to barricade the open areas between the kiosks. There will be three designated “turn arounds” wherein customers can cross over to get to their store of choice. These include the area by Docomo Pacific, near the play area, and in front of the Information Booth.
  • GPO Tables and Chairs by Chatime and Levi’s will be spaced out following the 6ft. social distancing rule.
  • Cinnabon will space out and/or remove tables and chairs to adhere to the 6ft. social distancing rule.
  • Massage chairs will be spaced out amongst the pillars.
  • Social Distancing window clings will be used at each store front to emphasize the 6ft. rule while creating the line outside of the stores.
  • Individual stores will implement their own “social distancing” policies within their spaces. They will also monitor their employees for signs/symptoms of illness.
  • Effective July 1, 2020 Ross’ interior gate will be opened during GPO’s operating hours as an EXIT only. To control the amount of people filtering into the mall, GPO security will monitor and screen all customers crossing into the shopping center.
  • All other tenant exterior/interior doors or gates will remain secured. These include: Best Seller’s exterior door, Port of Mocha’s interior hallway door, Skechers exterior door, and ABC’s exterior door. This will help us in controlling the amount of people entering GPO and getting them screened.

FOOD COURT

  • The main Food Court Entrance will be used to create a “One way in / One way Out” layout.
